The 18th Annual Camden Daffodil Festival will be held March 11-12, 2011 in downtown Camden, Arkansas, and we invite you to participate! There will be 75 craft booths available. Applications will be accepted until February 1, 2010 and assigned on a first come basis. We are seeking crafts for yard & garden related items, handmade craft, and artwork. This will be a juried festival, and we discourage manufactured items unless pre-approved. We require two current photos representative of your crafts, accompanied by your check or money order to be included with your application. Applicants not approved will be notified and checks returned.
Booth spaces measure 12x12 at a cost of $75.00 each space, maximum two spaces. Please advise if electricity is required for your craft. Vendors are responsible for their own tents and set-ups. As booths will be set up on pavement, you will need means of securing tents. The Daffodil Festival is an outdoor event and vendors should come prepared for the weather and means of protecting their set-ups. Set-up time will be Thursday, March 10th after 5:30 p.m. or Friday, the 11th between 7-8:30 a.m. Anyone checking in after that time will not be permitted to participate. Security will be provided for the event. Vendors will not be allowed to spend the night in the sales area. All vehicles must be out of the sales area by 8:30 a.m. each day and may not re-enter until the festival closes each day. No vendor will be allowed to break down and move until the end of festival except in extreme conditions.
